Youngsters to Oldies

Last Saturday, Both of my cousins and I went to this formal Rotary event held at the Bouganville resort up in Antipolo.

Before the prayer, this lovely girl danced for us while The Prayer was playing.

Then we were called on to the "stage".

The night was really fun, especially when my uncle started dancing!

I realized that night that I really like staying up late and looking fab. Hahahaha!

Day in the life of a Junior

I am now a Junior, currently on my 3rd year as part of the High School department at SPCP and I am quite okay as to how things are going so far.

I'm pretty sad that I'm not in the same room with my group of friends but I think this will help me grow as a student and as a person 'cause this could help me learn to "go out of my comfort zone" and what-not.

Today, we found out our schedule for almost every Wednesday of my entire Junior year and I'm pretty okay with the subjects except for the fact that we have Math then Physics right after but I think it's tolerable 'cause we have our lunch break in between, haha!

To be honest, I was really looking forward to this school year because this is the year where we get to do lots of performances like our class production of Beowulf, and other group performances like Romeo & Juliet and Macabre films. Sadly, I did not really end up in the room I'd like to be in.

I mean, yeah sure, I'm fine with my classmates although I wish I had different classmates.

So, day 1 of my Junior year is done. 10 more months to go and it's summer '13!

I'm pretty sure this is going to be a wild ride, this year.

Yesterday, my family and I went to SM to buy a few things for school and planned for my room.

I helped my mom choose what bag to buy for her office bag and then helped her choose some black shoes for my brother. We settled on buying the Batman edition one and then the saleslady told us that we were given a chance to win a free ticket for the showing of The Dark Knight Rises!

I for one absolutely love these things because of the suspense.

So I ripped it open and peeled off the first layer and...

I'll accept them as my advance birthday gift from SM. Thank you, SM! :-)

Road trips at its finest Part II

As a continuation of my previous post, my uncle needed a family photo for his induction as President for the Rotary Club of Cainta (I think) so we went back to Tanay and took our photo.

Road trips at its finest Part I

Last 26th of May, my parents decided that we go to Tanay so my brother can go out of the house and we can go around Rizal.

We found this cute little place that sells fruits and veggies and herbs and my dad made me taste this leaf which tasted surprisingly sweet although I can't really remember what it was called. The cute part of that little herb-selling-place was that they had a sign that said "Farmville" and the sign looked really authentic!

While we were on the road,  we decided to have a mini-photo shoot for the heck of it!

My dad then told us to run, so we ran. 

That day was absolutely fun, seeing dogs at Farm Ville, actually finding a Farm Ville sign that looks legit, running around Tanay to take photos, pigging out at Burger King afterwards and getting drunk on apple juice.

Creep

Lately, I've been thinking too much and I've been extremely afraid of a lot of things. Mainly about school and how I'm afraid of people leaving me.

A close friend of mine has planted words in my brain and those words have been circling my mind non-stop ever since I heard them. I'm afraid that I'm getting too attached to someone who's very dear to me and yet I feel as if it's what's supposed to happen. I mean, just go with the flow, yeah?

I'm actually happy with how things are going with my life even though some things make me extremely nervous. I think I'm just going to stop thinking too much and just live my life the way I want it and keep my cool and not let anything else bother me.
