Summer's over!

This summer wasn't anything I expected at all. It was pretty lame compared to the previous ones 'cause we didn't even go to the beach at all and I only swam twice in 2 months so that's pretty sad.

Also, school's about to start in a couple of days and I am absolutely not ready. As of right now, everyone is panicking over the class list (even myself) and I really wish I get a good class because of everything we're going to be doing this year.

To end this boring rant about school, enjoy a few Macabre videos from the previous batches from my school!

Here kitty, kitty!

Yesterday, my family and I went to SM to buy a few things for school and planned for my room.

I helped my mom choose what bag to buy for her office bag and then helped her choose some black shoes for my brother. We settled on buying the Batman edition one and then the saleslady told us that we were given a chance to win a free ticket for the showing of The Dark Knight Rises!

I for one absolutely love these things because of the suspense.

So I ripped it open and peeled off the first layer and...

I'll accept them as my advance birthday gift from SM. Thank you, SM! :-)

Today, I was given the opportunity to be a guest blogger over at Whimsical Nothings!

In the meantime, enjoy some blooper photos!

Project # 1

I've only gotten into interior designing this summer and my first project is my room.

For some absurd reason, I decided to paint my room pink. Light pink for the walls and a slightly darker pink for the accent.

The only thing in my room right now would be my clothes, my uncle's old television and study table. I already have a plan as to how I want my room to look like
Here's a very, very rough draft of my room. (It's my 1st 3D drawing so sorry if it's not really that good)

Also, I've been practicing on some patterns and things I want in my room:

Also, yesterday, we went to SM to buy some things for my brother then we saw this really cool piece and we instantly got it!
Can't wait to get my furniture and actually start lay-outing the real thing!

Road trips at its finest Part II

As a continuation of my previous post, my uncle needed a family photo for his induction as President for the Rotary Club of Cainta (I think) so we went back to Tanay and took our photo.

Blogger world, meet my family.
(L-R) My uncle (Jorge), my brother (Miguel), my dad (Jon), my mom (Cathy), my grandmother (Momsie), my guy cousin (Jack-jack), my aunt (Pinky), my girl cousin (Issa) and myself!

My dad told us to run again, so we did, again. It was still extremely fun and even my brother got into it!

I'm pretty sure this won't be our last impromptu family photo shoot. I am extremely looking forward to more of these!

Road trips at its finest Part I

Last 26th of May, my parents decided that we go to Tanay so my brother can go out of the house and we can go around Rizal.

We found this cute little place that sells fruits and veggies and herbs and my dad made me taste this leaf which tasted surprisingly sweet although I can't really remember what it was called. The cute part of that little herb-selling-place was that they had a sign that said "Farmville" and the sign looked really authentic!

(L-R) My mom, my brother, myself, my cousin. Check out Farm Ville @ Tanay!

While we were on the road,  we decided to have a mini-photo shoot for the heck of it!
My cousin (Issa) and I thinking about how to "pose" (Mind you, this was all for fun)

My cousin and I trying to be "fierce".

My cousin and I attempting to do gymnastics and failing HAHA!

My dad then told us to run, so we ran.

That day was absolutely fun, seeing dogs at Farm Ville, actually finding a Farm Ville sign that looks legit, running around Tanay to take photos, pigging out at Burger King afterwards and getting drunk on apple juice.

All photos were taken by my dad, Jon Aguirre.
